As well as this : Professionally and proactively handle requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughlyA focus on getting the best possible outcome for the customer , not call center statisticsSome of our customers are Te Reo speakers , a skillset currently missing from our team, so having a strong understanding or fluency is a must.

Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas Internet connectivity, firewalls and other cloud based servicesTroubleshoot customer issues over the phone and via emailUse information and monitoring systems to analyse the customer’s situationEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers that embody the company culture, customer promises and principlesEngage with others in the organization to help build an open, supportive and positive working environment across the entire organizationSo, if you are keen to learn all of the above, are customer-focused, able to take initiative and are a quick learner, you’ll fit right in!Who are we looking for?
