  • AR and AP experience required - high volume
  • Our client is a leading business in their field both in NZ and Globally. They provide world class solutions to clients such as Google, Uber, Nestle and Ford to name a few! At present, they have a role available for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the team to support the company and associated businesses.

    The role includes, but is not limited to :

  • Issuing statements and client billings
  • Supplier reconciliations and payments
  • Responding to supplier queries and liaising with agencies
  • Some debt collection and troubleshooting
  • GST and FBT returns
  • Assisting with weekly cashflow management and forecasting
  • You will need to have proven experience working with high volumes, and running the full process of both payables and receivables.

    Experience in the media, advertising and / or marketing industry is also highly desirable.

    Further Key Skills & Requirements :

  • 2-3 years experience in an accounting support role / s including high volumes of AP & AR
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Must have a bubbly, energetic and enthusiastic personality, and very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to cope in a changeable, fluid environment
  • Strong relationship building and partnering skills across multiple teams
