About the role :
We are looking for a highly organised person to join our Maintenance team. The role is required to manage day to day spends from our supplier network with a focus on phone authorisation and asset management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end to end service repair of all fleet managed vehicles
Liaising with maintenance suppliers to ensure appropriate service levels and costs
Answer enquiries from suppliers, drivers and internal staff
Advising suppliers and customers on appropriate maintenance
Coordinate service bookings
Enhancing the cost effectiveness of the organisation by ensuring full use is made of manufacturer’s warranty and extended warranty policies.

Arranging Breakdown Assistance
Experience, Skills & Qualifications :
Qualified motor mechanic with 3 years plus experience an advantage
Knowledge of passenger and or commercial vehicles
Customer service orientated
Professional communication abilities, both written and oral
High level of problem solving ability
Time and efficiency awareness
Basic to intermediate computer skills
