Insurance Sales Consultant

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our fun and supportive Masterton team in a diverse sales role.

    You will have strong customer service skills and have experience working towards sales KPIs and hitting targets. Any great salesman will know that Saturday’s are the busiest! So reap the rewards of working Monday to Friday with every second Saturday and see the earning potential!

    Your main focus will be building strong customer relationships in the insurance sector and selling a diverse range of flooring solutions to clients.

    You'll be consulting with customers in the showroom and in their homes and properties so you won't be stuck in the store all day! A full NZ driving licence is therefore essential.

    This position requires a flexibility and willingness to undertake other tasks as required due to the nature of the insurance environment, you will also need a good understanding of the insurance process (basic knowledge is fine).

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Guide insurance customers through the claims and installation process
  • Maintain positive relationships with local Loss Adjusters and Insurance staff
  • Identify opportunity to initiate needs based, value adding conversations and offering solution that meet customer needs
  • Resolving customer enquiries and proactively following up on any customer contact
  • Meet contractual obligations with Insurance providers
  • Assist customers with product selection that fits within their insurance claim and their needs
  • You will work with your customers from the initial consultation right through to the post-installation check-up, so this role will definitely suit someone who cares about the full customer experience and delivering the best result possible!
