    The Product Owner is a key role within Kea (our permanent Transformation hub) and will work across Auckland Transport and with key stakeholder and customers to develop the strategy and communicate the vision and goals of a designated programme of work or initiative.

    Key responsibilities will include :

  • End-to-end product strategy, development and delivery
  • Prioritising opportunities, developing roadmap and user stories
  • Identify, manage and coordinate resources, identifying and clearly communicating priorities and requirements
  • Ensuring that activities are on track and that roadblocks and challenges are mitigated
  • Develop assessment methods and KPI's to ensure robust and defined success measures are tracked and achieved

    You'll need a passion for excellence, an eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset.

    You will utilise your top-notch relationship skills as you work across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

    To be successful in this role you will need -

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Project Management or related field
  • A formal qualification in Agile methodology is preferred
  • Experience in working across a large and complex organisation
  • Experience in working in a customer experience / innovation or product
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills
