This position also brings with it responsibilityof being able to be a weekend Duty Manager.

This is a fast-paced rolewhere you will be responsible for development and retention of staff, EmployeeRelations, HR recruitment, Payroll, staff rostering, overseeing our Columbus CoffeePod, Staff Culture, H&S and more.

You will need to be a strong generalist with broad experience who isable to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicate willideally have experience and knowledge in the following areas :

Havingexcellent communication skills verbal and written with ability to connectwith a diverse range of people

Havingstrong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Beingaction orientated with a sense of urgency

Someonewho can think on their feet and outside the square to provide innovativesolutions

Beinga team player who is prepared to go the extra mile

Beinghighly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Havinga high level of emotional intelligence

Havea passion for the Retail business
