If you have an interest and proven experience in designing, developing and delivering significant organisation-wide projects and programmes we want to hear from you.
You will need to be inclusive, flexible, resilient, and have strong interpersonal, analytical and technical skills.
Having an understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and a focus on biculturalism / Te Ao Māori would be an advantage, as would a background in organisational development related disciplines.

About our Team
The People, Culture and Inclusion team are a passionate group of individuals that design and develop key organisational development projects and programmes of work, to enable MSD to deliver on its operational and strategic objectives.
The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is the lead agency for the social sector. MSD provides policy advice, and delivers social services and assistance to young people, working age people, older people, and families, whānau and communities.
We work directly with New Zealanders of all ages to improve their social wellbeing.
While our preference is for this position to be Wellington based, we are open to any location in New Zealand.
