Legal Secretary, Public Defence Service (PDS) - Wellington

We are looking for a full-time Legal Secretary to join our team in our Wellington Office. We are a collegial and professional office with around 28 legal and support staff.
You will be joining an experienced and supportive team who have a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and supporting one another in an enjoyable, busy and sometimes challenging environment, while working in an interesting criminal defence environment.
As a legal secretary you are responsible for ensure the PDS legal team are supported in a professional, effective and efficient manner.
You will have a proactive approach to the provision of legal secretarial and general office and administration services, while identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
