Job SummaryAccount Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports Responsibilities and DutiesJob Purpose Manage the account of our customer s Markets Regional business teams belonging to different regions to support the uptake of content delivery carried out by the Global Content Delivery team Support the markets by driving robust end to end campaign planning and agree via a formal contracting process the scope of what when the materials will be delivered Work with the Operations Director to identify any process improvements for our customer as well as the Production hub to drive simplification and enhanced ways of working Provide regular updates to key stakeholders Develop robust service level agreements for core markets material types delivered by the Global Content Delivery team Ensure that Service Level Agreements are formally signed off by the stakeholders are broadly communicated across the organization Improve the engagement process for markets with the Global Content Delivery hub and allow MARKET s Stakeholders the ability to be able to track progress and status of their current projects Review the current escalation processes and ensure we that we have a fit for purpose escalation process in place with key actions points for remediation of issues Monitor the performance of the Global Content Delivery team for each region and provide a monthly Key Performance Indicator report dashboard that will be widely circulated across key stakeholders Qualifications and SkillsPreferred Qualifications Extensive experience in Multi Channel Marketing with an in depth knowledge of digital channels Good understanding of content management systems technology Excellent communication skills both written verbal and the ability to interact with all levels of end users technical resources as well as the ability to translate data insights for non technical audiences Excellent project management capabilities with an eye for detail manage deliverables and anticipate propose solutions to potential roadblocks in order to keep activities on track Ability to influence challenge status quo and gain credibility with senior commercial leaders customers across the business Exposure to Account and or Service Management Outsourcing Contact Centre background preferred Job Type Full time Salary 120 000 00 to 140 000 00 year Work Eligibility The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours Preferred Job Duties Manage multiple accounts ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained Meet monthly quotas Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
