CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Looking for a role in a large global cleaning company that will allow you to use your cleaning skills while taking the next step forward in your career?

About the role
This is a supervisory role working alongside a team of cleaners which includes organising pick up and drops using a company vehicle to get your team to where they need to be for cleaning sites from Tauranga to Te Puke.
You will have experience and understand what is needed in providing a range of cleaning services and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene and manage your team accordingly.
Hours of work :
Monday to Friday from 2.00pm to 10.00pm. This is a permanent full-time role consisting of 40 hours a week.
What does your shift look like?
Cleaning day care centres
Oversee a team of cleaners to complete a drop clean accordance with policies and procedures
Ensuring cleaning and associated duties are preformed to a consistent high-quality standard
Ensuring client complaints are followed up and resolved to client’s satisfaction
Assisting with staff training and ensuring all are competent to complete their duties.
What you will have :
A minimum of 6 month 1 year experience as a Cleaning Team Leader, or in a similar role
Cleaning experience essential
Sound understanding of safe chemical use, and OHS in the workplace
Good verbal and written communication skills
An ability to work as part of a great team
Focus on customer service and delivery of outcomes and a strong attention to detail.
