As a Business Support Team Member, you will be responsible for enhancing Rockgas’ reputation by delivering excellence in service and supporting our customers either directly (via phone and / or email) or through support of the customer facing teams.

You will enjoy lots of variety in the role with your work including a range of customer service, administration, sales and finance tasks.

Qualifications

You will have :

  • Previous experience in a busy Business Support / Customer Representative / Administration or equivalent role
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • A good working knowledge of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities and good time management skills
  • Knowledge of debtors, billing and credit processes
