Your role as the Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant will focus on delivering technical SaaS / PaaS solutions with clients from various industries and sizes nationwide, therefore an ability to travel is a must.
In general, you will be expected to;
Develop technical consulting engagements for our customers Align consulting engagements to satisfy customer requirements and challenges
Build an understanding of our customer’s existing solutions and their future roadmap plans or requirements to drive sales
Assisting customers during the business case / assessment and evaluation phase, resulting in commitment to practice solutions
Participate in new opportunities for leveraging the customers’ investment, leading to additional investment in our services
Ensures customers’ needs are understood and supported on an on-going basis, in order to maximise the customer lifecycle and advocacy.
Delivering solution engagements to a high standard within defined timeframes.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with :
Advanced knowledge and experience architecting Salesforce solutions and broader cloud technology domains within large diverse organisations.
Should possess at least 3 Salesforce certifications.
Ability to analyse complex commercial objectives and processes to create technical design documents, guidelines and policies which deliver tangible value to clients.
An ability to architect and manage the delivery of repeatable solutions for several verticals
3+ years of Apex development, Visualforce and / or Lightning Components.
Sound understanding of modern development practices such as Git and CI / CD solutions, and solid unit testing experience
Understanding of all SDLC and agile methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with an ability to understand customer business objectives, issues and provide innovative solutions to client problems and value propositions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, structured problem solving skills and a strong results driven focus
Fluent to native level English language skills is a must, both written and spoken, with a proven background engaging with C level executives.
