related support to the university's educators, researchers, administrators and students. We have over 140 staff committed to delivering excellent service and value, in response to AUT's strategic directions, including building our position as New Zealand's leading university of technology and being a place where people love to work and learn.
In this senior role, you will report to the Director, ICT Business Partnerships and will be an integral link within our ICT Services operating model for managing the pipeline of work across our teams.
You will work closely with our Account Managers to assess business initiatives and identify resource capacity, costings and scheduling impacts.
Your strong knowledge of IT project lifecycles will enable you to work collaboratively across the ICT operating model and teams.
Your experience in project and programme management provides you with knowledge to initiate and monitor the end to end project delivery standards, maintain Project Portfolio Management (PPM) frameworks and manage continuous improvement backlog.
You will also provide analytical data to highlight progress of activity within the portfolio, transparency of resource capacity, risk and benefits reporting.
This role has 3 direct reports and you will develop a community of practice model for project managers and wider project teams.
You are an advocate for empowering the team to succeed and have a wealth of experience in both agile and traditional project delivery methods.
