In the initial stages, this will be via email and online meetings, however when the world is free to travel again it will require significant travel to meet with your customers, and develop new opportunities.
Research, identify, select and develop overseas channel partnersDrive new partner onboarding - from securing new resellers right through to driving results.
Develop and execute channel partner plans, arrangement of technical product training, providing sales collateral and support.
When travel is achievable again, you will travel to various parts of the world, such as California and other parts of the States, for example.
You'll get involved in trade shows, hosting your partners and driving results through your relationships.About you : You have proven sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial or even health / science based environment.
Experience dealing with overseas customers would be a benefit, but is not essential.You have a business qualification, preferably a Business DegreeYou are excited about immersing yourself in a new industry and can see yourself as the international representative of an innovative and well funded New Zealand businessYou have excellent skills in sales administration and you're tech savvyYou want to learn and you'd love to explore the world with your work - what could be better than that?
