Weare seeking a highly motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to play an activepart in providing a world class support service to our global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Actively contribute to and improve the delivery of the deployment, upgrades, and support of our cloud solutions.
  • Contribute to team goals and priorities.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure the best results for our clients.
  • Expand your skills as we take on the management of new solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our development team and contribute to the design of our solutions.
  • Further develop your diagnostic and problem-solving skills by identifying and fixing root causes.
  • This role could be a good fit for you if you have :

  • A background in customer support for cloud products or IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company and enjoy working in a team with big goals!
  • Experience / exposure to containers or Kubernetes
