Are you a trusted security advisor and technical security solution expert? Can you work closely with the customer and service provider staff at both management and technical levels?
We are looking for a contractor (up to one year) who possess the willingness and skill to understand and reconcile business / organisation goals and technical security requirements (including compliance / regulatory).
The role supports the Cyber Security Delivery team, through allocation to Security Engineering development activities, including but not limited to security design, delivery, and management of various products and services to Fujitsu's customers.
Responsibilities include :
Providing technical security advice and guidance to the competency teams, other Fujitsu Security team members, service delivery managers, and customers
Provide design and guidance on security domain implementations such as Identity and Access Management, PKI, Malware Protection, SSO / Federation, and Network Security
Provide expert security advice, gap analysis, and solutions to projects
Develop detailed designs and implementation plans from high-level, conceptual designs
Investigate, assess, and report on the development or spread of potential information security threats and vulnerabilities that may impact Fujitsu and / or Customer technical infrastructure SLAs
Assist as part of the incident and problem management processes in the resolution of technical security related issues and where appropriate take ownership of a Fujitsu response and remediation plan
Lead meetings and workshops with customers (including on-site if required) and provide technical security advice
Maintain awareness of trends in the development of Information Security. Maintain technical awareness of developments in system and network infrastructure.
Raise / complete changes for the management of the security infrastructure including version upgrades and policy tuning
Identify and lead the implementation of improvements (including automation) to existing services
Building your own path to success :
To thrive in this role, we envisage you will have :
Key is experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection and Sophos Central (including upgrades and migrations)
Understanding of IP networking and security principals, including the nature of common protocols and Security products
Experience providing guidance and supporting one or more of the following security technologies : Proxy / Web Filtering (, Forcepoint),Next Generation Firewalls / IPS (, FortiGate), Web Application Filtering (, Sophos XG), Continuous Vulnerability Scanning (), Anti-malware solutions (, Cylance),
Experience with Secure by Design concepts and practical implementation.
Have knowledgeable on security governance frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, NIST, AS18, and the ASD.
A high level of personal integrity and strong work ethic.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders to define customer technical and non-functional requirements.
