The role will see you working alongside cross functional commercial teams in the organization building solid relationships to shape solutions and support the multichannel roadmap aligned with AbbVie’s digital transformation journey.
We’re looking for someone who can work autonomously as well as part of the wider cross-functional team, playing a key support role to the brand teams aiding implementation of digital campaigns and projects along with maintenance of our customer self-service website and marketing automation platform on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
In summary this role will :
Assist / support brand teams create & execute their digital campaigns on time, on budget and to a high standard
Provide digital expertise regarding day-day work on the AEM and SFMC platforms
Recommend best practices and drive efficiencies in cost and process
Provide technical expertise and be able to talk tech as well as translate to non-tech team members
Partner with the Multichannel and Business technology solutions (BTS) teams to ensure alignment to local and global strategic vision
Collaborate with brand teams on content creation and implementation on key AbbVie platforms (i.e. including AEM, SFMC, On24)
Collaborative with 3rd party agencies / vendors to deliver digital campaigns according to agreed project specifications and estimates
Provide regular update reports to client stakeholders as well as internal senior management
Accountable and owner of Quality Control / Quality Assurance process
Autonomously plan resourcing (using both internal and external sources)
Major Responsibilities :
Content preparation, creation and implementation in line with brand team needs and corporate reputation goals
eDM / website content release planning
Subject matter expert to the commercial business, IT, 3rd party outsource development teams which includes preparing briefs, cost estimations, project timelines and statements of work
Gain a strong knowledge and become champion of AbbVie’s marketing automation and web platforms SFMC & AEM
Work with marketing teams to rollout webinar content on AbbVie remote engagement platforms
Build and manage customer journeys in SFMC
Produce and implement designs for web, mobile, banners, eDMs and social media assets, adhering to brand guidelines as part of a multi-channel approach.
Proactively monitor digital campaigns and identify maintenance / quality improvements
Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
Identify any risks or issues, implement mitigation plans where possible and / or resolve in a timely manner
QA solutions in testing environments to ensure quality and customer experience is high
Work with multichannel team to ensure all stakeholders are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns
Stakeholder Management (internal stakeholders from local and global offices & external 3rd party agencies) and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Manage various projects of varying complexity and budgets simultaneously
Test and review the output of projects for quality assurance and user experience
QualificationsEducation / Experience / Skills Required :
Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform including journey and audience builder
Experience with HTML, CSS and building EDMs
CMS experience across AEM and Wordpress essential
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Experience in designing across multiple digital channels including websites, eDMs, and social media.
Good knowledge and understanding of social media marketing.
