Our Maths and English program caters for students from Year 1 to Year 11. Our focus is harnessing the power of FUN to draw the best results from children in the core subjects of Maths and English.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work as part of the marketing team to support the franchisees and their centres growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role, will work as part of the HQ / franchisor team, assisting the Marketing Manager and the team at large with the following :
Collection, reporting and analysis of data related to our websites and various social media platforms
Working with the external marketing agency alongside the marketing manager to ensure performance optimisation of digital marketing across the franchisee network.
Working with SEO to continually improve website content and performance
This position will suit someone with at least three or more years experience in a similar role. Experience with google analytics or similar essential.
Understanding of a franchise business model is desirable but not essential.
Location : HQ is situated in Auckland. Remote work is possible for the right candidate.
Key duties include :
Contribute and adhere to social media strategy, including content calendar
Content creation and video editing for social media
Support marketing projects and campaigns by creating relevant and valuable marketing content and collateral
Manage all comments and responses within the digital community
Assistance with email marketing and marketing databases
Gathering key data and contributing to monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Proven experience in digital / social marketing (Marketing or Com’s Degree desired but not essential)
Experience managing business profiles across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Experience creating content using design tools such as Photoshop or Canva
Proficiency with digital tools Google Analytics, YouTube, (website platform - training available) etc
Highly organised / capable of prioritising to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and demonstrates initiative.
Keen interest in franchised business
An excellent communicator who understands their audience and can tailor messaging to best fit that audience
Confidence with interpreting data and analytics with a high level of accuracy.
