About this role

We have an opportunity for an administrator to join our Radiology team based at Middlemore Hospital. This role will provide clerical duties to radiology department and be responsible for the efficient and effective performance of administration processes in order to meet radiology standards and targets.

This position is a full time role, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Your main duty will be a mixture of frontline reception and scheduling.

We are looking for someone who can multi-task and take control, someone who can welcome people with a warm smile and has a sound understanding of scheduling / booking templates.

Ideally you will have previous administration experience and possess the drive and enthusiasm to ensure a high level of administrative support is provided to clinicians and patients.

Essential :

  • Minimum of 3 years of front line customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to take control of processes in your area
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Must be reliable

    The salary is this position is between $47,208 to $52,785, dependent on skills and experience.
