healthAlliance (FPSC) has provided procurement services to the Northern Region DHBs since 2011. We are the link between clinical services, suppliers, procurement and supply chain.
The aim is to transform the business into an integrated procurement and supply chain shared service, allowing us to work alongside our DHB partners, and in turn, enable them to focus on assisting and supporting our communities to be healthy and independent.
The role .. You will be the liaison between hA (healthAlliance) Clinical Product Co-ordination team and hA (healthAlliance) Supply Chain.
Working with our internal and external stakeholders for new product introductions, implementation of substitutions, product and supplier code changes for clinical products supplied to the Regions DHB’s.
Who are you? We expect you will have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in either supply chain, logistics, materials management, stock control or inventory planning, preferable from a large organisation with multiple stakeholders and processes systems.
You might also be experienced in using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system i.e Oracle or SAP. You are able to prioritise your work and your attention to detail is superb making sure the quality and integrity of data is maintained to a high standard, you understand the importance of multitasking, problem solving and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A tertiary qualification in a supply chain discipline (CIPS or APICS) with exposure to Project Management or experience working in the health sector would be an advantage.
