As an Administrator you'll be expected to provide exceptional administrative services. If you thrive on accuracy and efficiency of information and processes, then we want you on our team.
Your initiative will shine through your attention to detail as will your willingness to lend a hand.
You'll have a range of duties - so expect to :
Manage banking & general office duties
Debtors, creditors, account reconciliations with Health and Safety administration
Process and maintain secure documentation records and filing
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships with customers
KEEN TO NAIL THIS?
The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set :
Excellent communication skills
Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
Experience working in similar role desirable
Awareness of Health & Safety legislation
Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
