We are looking for a Lead Consultant to be a part of the Digital team where you’ll be engaged in an interesting variety of application development projects, largely around the Microsoft stack.

What we require :
Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship management capabilities
Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is a must
Experience in defining overall systems architecture, implementations, integrations, security and deployments
Significant commercial experience designing and developing applications with the Microsoft development stack - .NET / .
NET Core Framework, C#, MS SQL
Strong practical skills with pragmatic style, backed by theory and best practice
Experience with automation, including CI / CD pipelines, test and build automation
Complete knowledge of Agile practices, with experience working in Scrum and Kanban teams
Strong experience with cloud computing, specifically Azure
High level of commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions that meet customer needs
Innovating, forward thinking and able to see the big picture for Theta
Nice to have :
Mobile development experience, particularly with Flutter
Relevant Microsoft certifications
Experience in non-Microsoft tools and frameworks
