We are looking for a Lead Consultant to be a part of the Digital team where you’ll be engaged in an interesting variety of application development projects, largely around the Microsoft stack.

You’ll bring innovative ideas to each solution, where quality counts and your insights matter.

You’ll get to work with a team of brilliant minds and thought leaders with opportunities for continued learning and growth.

  • What we require :

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is a must
  • Experience in defining overall systems architecture, implementations, integrations, security and deployments
  • Significant commercial experience designing and developing applications with the Microsoft development stack - .NET / .
  • NET Core Framework, C#, MS SQL

  • Significant web application design and development experience across HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript including web frameworks like React and Angular
  • Strong practical skills with pragmatic style, backed by theory and best practice
  • Experience with automation, including CI / CD pipelines, test and build automation
  • Complete knowledge of Agile practices, with experience working in Scrum and Kanban teams
  • Strong experience with cloud computing, specifically Azure
  • High level of commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions that meet customer needs
  • Innovating, forward thinking and able to see the big picture for Theta
  • Nice to have :

  • Mobile development experience, particularly with Flutter
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Experience in non-Microsoft tools and frameworks
