The opportunityWorking with a high energy, high performing and fun team, means you will be a significant contributor to the revenue growth of MYOB and will make an impact on the accountancy industry by disrupting the disruptor!Targeting accountancy practices who are not referring MYOB SME solutions currently, you will form positive relationships with Partners and Directors as well as Accountants alike to influence and change thinking and help them on the journey to becoming an MYOB Connected Practice.
You will communicate MYOB’s vision and strategy and challenge their preference of who they refer and instead enlighten them so that they refer MYOB products moving forward.
You need to inspire them see that MYOB SME solutions are the best choice for their clients and educate the entire practice so that they know why they should be referring MYOB.
The roleTo grow the revenue of our SME solutions and to build the referral rates within each accountancy practice. You will develop strategic plans with each account in alliance with the New Business Account Executive, where appropriate, and often lead the engagement with a practice to begin their MYOB journey.
Most of the clients will have had very little engagement from MYOB historically and therefore this role has been created to break down the barriers and open a whole new referral base, which is very exciting.
Working for the team, you will be a key driver to help each of your fellow team mates throughout their own sales cycles should they need your assistance, including bringing ideas to the table, supporting their meeting preparation and visiting their clients from time to time they will do the same for you!What you will bringExperience in channel selling and a proven understanding of the sales cycle for professional services organisations, ideally using the Challenger MethodologyA hunger to seek out new business and be highly focused on driving referrals in the quickest possible timeframes, whilst always working with integrity, authenticity and putting the client at the heart of everything you doYou will be resilient, hardworking, motivated and focused on achieving your goals as well as the goals of our team and of MYOBYou will be a team player and bring lots of innovation and out of the box thinking to drive not only your own success but that of your team tooKnowledge of the financial services and accounting industry would be a benefit.
What else do you need to know?This role has a national focus and you will be expected to travel to meet new clients and build relationships continuously.
