We seek the services of an experienced Faultman to respond, assess and carry out all assigned fault service requests and ensure Dispatch is kept informed of status and progress.
Key responsibilities : Respond, assess and attend to all assigned service requests within service levelsPerform high voltage switching and isolation of plantCarry out repair and maintenance work to Electrix and customer standardsIdentify and report any unscheduled work to enable recording of network equipment that is not safe or functionalEnsure that vehicles and allocated equipment are well presented and maintainedWork to achieve key performance indicators (KPI's) and Electrix operational and quality processesComplete all required paperwork and records within specified timeframesRequirements : Minimum 2 years' trade qualification as electrician or distribution line mechanic is requiredMinimum 2 years' experience working on the Vector networkHeavy vehicle licence (minimum requirement Class 2)Recent faultman network warrantsHands-on experience in all aspects of electricity distribution networksMotivated individual who has effective time management skillsTeam player who is willing to go the extra mileAble to work independently and without supervisionDemonstrate a can-do' attitude and interact positively with customers, business partners and other team membersThis position is based in Henderson / Warkworth.
