TheRole :
Partner with leaders to provide coaching and mentoring
Attracting, developing and retaining great people
Work on the strategic plan for all things people - HR, talent, wellness, capability and culture
Sitting on the leadership team you will help drive the overall performance of the store through culture, strong HR practises, systems and processes and people development
Look after 190+ personnel
