Accounts Assistant Contract A little about the company Join a well recognised multinational business that takes pride in developing and looking after their staff Wellestablished in the New Zealand market they have a strong customer base and a solid growth strategy Some more about the role This is an immediate start contract role to be part of the shared services team You will be reporting directly to the Finance Services Manager and working within team Some of your responsibilities will include Receipt Allocation Account and Bank Reconciliations Credit note processing Assisting with weekly cashflow Reporting Accounts Payable processing Credit Control Adhoc work as required So who are you We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant with good exposure to accounts receivable and accounts payable ideally within a high volume shared services environment You will have a good understanding of the fundamentals of accounting You will be a proficient excel user with good exposure to SAP You will be diligent organised with a very strong focus on the detail It is an absolute must to have excellent customer service and communication skills If this sounds like you please apply online or get in touch with Olivia Ghezzi on 09 410 7235 Olivia Ghezzi0226188104
