We are seeking a hands-on chef actively involved in the creating, cooking, and presentation of food, as well as the day-to-day running of our café based at Fonterra Edgecumbe.

This position requires a chef with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience, who can :
Reporting to an operations manager, you will normally work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6.30am 3pm, and with the support of three catering assistants, ensure the smooth running of the café across its 7-day operation, including evening and weekend shifts.
