Job ID : #7010 Responsibilities of the Scientist T Cell Biology :
Design, implement, and troubleshoot experiments, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, to reach desired goals.
Establish in vitro assays to support T cell projects.
Communicate research and development findings with internal and external teams / partners in a clear and concise manner.
Perform T cell isolation techniques, activation and transduction of T cells, T cell expansion, multicolor flow cytometry for T cell characterization.
Requirements of the Scientist T Cell Biology :
PhD in immunology, cell biology or related field with 2-5 years postdoctoral experience, preferably with some industry experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently and productively in a highly dynamic, scientifically rigorous, and fast-paced environment.
Experience with scale-up of ex vivo expansion of engineered T cells.
Strong background in human T cell biology and T cell-based assays, including proliferation assays, tetramer staining, cytotoxicity assays, intracellular flow cytometry staining or cytokine profiling assays by ELISA or MSD, cell activation marker analysis.
