Our Process and Continuous Improvement Manager role is focused on driving business value through application of improved, streamlined and consistent processes across the group.
Reporting to our Group Operations and Supply Chain Director, this role is tasked with the construction of a continuous improvement framework to help shift our team into a mindset of continuous improvement through providing the vision, purpose, tools and the governance framework.
Once our current and future states are defined, and the framework implemented, this role will also provide guidance and recommendations on priority areas of focus for the business.
