    About this role

    We are seeking to hire a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of accounts.

    You will be involved in assisting with daily management, reporting and proactive track and trace. This will also include becoming involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.

    As part of working with Toll Customer Service National Support Office, you will be a team player, possess excellent customer service skills and take pride in your role.

    What you'll bring to this role

    To be successful in this role, you could have the following experience :

    Duties & responsibilities

  • Timely response to customer enquiries
  • Accurate communication of relevant information to customers
  • Building strong relationships with Toll staff & customers
  • Take bookings and create consignment notes
  • Represent Toll at customer meetings
  • Implementing improvements to service requirements
  • Ensuring accurate data processing and administration
  • Follow up with LCL pickup & delivery dispatch for customer enquiries.
  • Skills & Experience

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Ability / experience dealing with difficult customers
  • Intermediate skill level on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Strong work ethic and commitment
  • Ability to multi-task prioritise and find solutions outside the square
  • 3 years' experience in the transport or freight industry preferred
