Mō te tūnga
In this role you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Papakura team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including taking minutes, liaising with the National Accounting Centre, and various data entry and data management responsibilities.
Another of your main responsibilities will be working in partnership with various vendors, casual employees and other stakeholders where you will be bringing in your well-established relationship management skills.
Being customer centred and having good organisational skills is the key to success. You will be providing great customer services through reception administration and will be supporting whanau, visitors and staff members.
