    You will join our busy Recruitment Team and partner with our Recruitment Consultants to facilitate the hiring process, with a core focus on ensuring candidates receive a positive experience throughout.

    You will have a collaborative approach and highly developed communication skills, and the agility to manage concurrent activities and stakeholders.

    This is a rapidly evolving business and a project-driven environment, so strong organisational skills are a must! Other key accountabilities include :

  • Support Recruitment Consultants in all aspects of the hiring process
  • Provide a first point of contact for applicants
  • Screening applicants against role requirements
  • Schedule phone or face to face interviews, which involves coordinating schedules with candidates and interviewers; creating calendar invites, sending interview confirmations
  • Ensure candidates receive regular, timely communication and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated in real-time
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Monitoring and updating posting to job boards & social media
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of new hires into the onboarding process
  • Other administrative duties to assist the team

    Being well organised, you love being busy and thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment. You will ideally have some experience in an HR or Recruitment administration / coordinator role and be familiar with end to end recruitment and onboarding processes and technology platforms, however we will also consider confident and bubbly administrators from other industries who are keen to get a foot in the door into the recruitment / HR industry.
