This is a full time position in our Westgate store.

In this role you will :

  • Grow our sales by actively contacting new clients, developing our client base and nurturing relationships with existing clients;
  • meet set sales targets and KPIs

  • Be a good listener and understand existing clients’ needs to ensure we are delivering top customer service and products
  • Coordinate and juggle a full spectrum of administration tasks for the Commercial sales team including, invoicing, purchase orders, branch transfers, reporting credit claims, and paperwork
  • Keep yourself up-to-date by attending product training sessions and liaising with suppliers as required
  • Work with your Manager and other sales consultants to maintain stock levels, report errors, and produce ad-hoc reporting
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into it and assist the team
  • The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include :

  • Some retail (or other sales) experience (min 12 months)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relate well to a wide audience and be able to tailor communication to suit your customers
  • Action oriented with the ability to tackle challenges and new initiatives; quick learner and enthusiastic
  • Persistent with a high level of work ethic and professionalism
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Professional demeanour, good sense of humour, down to earth, approachable and work well as part of a team.
