    Our Geotechnical team works across geotechnical engineering, engineering geology and hydrogeology. As a national team of over 130 people, we are excited for the opportunities ahead of us in 2021 and beyond and are well placed to help Aotearoa advance and protect our world for future generations.

    Together we make things happen on projects throughout Aotearoa, Australia, Pasifika and South-East Asia. We all go to work to make every day better in some way.

    Our small, close-knit Northland team make a positive impact on the day-to-day life of people in the region. The opportunity is to join our team as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist and help us to enhance our offering in the region.

    Every day will be different and bring new challenges. This is a role that will provide opportunities for you to grow in business development, client relationship management and technical delivery.

    You will work with the team to plan and execute field assignments as well as preparing technical proposals and reports, undertaking design and design management and liaising with clients.

    You will have the support of our international team of Geotechnical specialists across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands and a forward workload that is strong and varied.

    About you

    You love to learn and share knowledge and are someone who can bring a fresh perspective. You are a qualified Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with passion, good problem-solving skills and a desire to grow your career.

    Having a few years of relevant experience in a similar consulting or contracting environment, you will also have an enquiring mind, able to problem solve and think laterally.

    How you work is also important to us we will value your enthusiasm and motivation to continue to learn from your peers and more senior members of the team.
