Your opportunity As a key member of the leadership team, this opportunity reports to the Managing Director for ANZ. It is a pivotal role where you will be leveraging your exceptional commercial sales and leadership experience to directly influence the profitable and sustainable growth of the Philips portfolio across New Zealand.
Utilising your strong sales leadership experience, you will bring with you a dynamic leadership style that motivates and engages a diverse and high performing group of individuals.
You will have a natural style in coaching and mentoring cross functional teams, and will be skilled at designing and communicating clear strategies, objectives and plans.
Well known for your relationship building skills and ability to and engage with customers, you will be required to maintain excellent communication links and relationships with key customers and key decision makers of the healthcare system in New Zealand.
This is a significant role within Philips, where you will have ownership of the performance of a major district in a true leadership role.
