We have identified the need for a Support Engineer to fulfill this role on a fixed term for a year within the Fulfillment Tribe
As a Support Engineer, you will be part of a high performing agile and cross-functional product team.
Whilst the ongoing support, management, and maintenance of the solutions is your primary goal, you will also perform other duties required for the team to deliver on their goals while ensuring that the operation of each solution continues to meet business objectives.
with a keen willingness to share and mentor other members of your team.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience. Lateral thinking and analytical ability essential.
Essential Qualifications and experience needed :
BSc Computer Science or similar.
Some understanding of Web Browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Some understanding of Windows 8 and higher.
Some understanding of Web Services and API's.
Solid understanding of the SDLC processes.
Solid understanding of Agile principles.
Solid understanding of Retail concepts and principles as they relate to the online Customer experience.
Solid understanding of SQL.
Solid understanding of XML, and JSON.
Solid experience in writing support documentation.
The ability to understand of how solutions are architected and integrated internally and with external third-party software.
