What we’re looking forWe are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and supervise civil projects in the Wellington region and deliver the good work we are known for.

The opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a Foreman to join our friendly team based at our Petone branch and help deliver our civil projects in the region.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising projects in a profitable and efficient manner, as well as leading and developing your team.

Other essential skills and experience include : Minimum Full Class 1 drivers’ license, Class 2 advantageousSound knowledge in civil construction (concrete work, retaining walls, seismic strengthening etc)Relevant industry experience leading a teamAbility to follow procedures, instructions, plans and schedulesAbility to interact with people of all levels and backgroundsExcellent communication skillsKeen ability to help others and invested in training and developmentAbove all you must be a highly motivated team player with an excellent attitude and a willingness to learn.
