About The Role
As a Senior Technology Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing strong operational support across medium to high complexity initiatives for ANZ’s payments team.

About You :
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :
A proven track record as a Technical Analyst within Technology.
Exposure to or experience with complex system environments and interface mapping.
Strong Unix experience or exposure
Proven experience of operating within Agile practices. You will have an adaptable approach, with a hands on, team focused mind-set.
Participator and facilitator of relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals : backlog refinement, daily Stand-up, iteration / release planning, showcases / sprint review, retrospective
Exceptional organisational and analytical skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Well-developed relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport with, and influence key stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, and a team player’ attitude. You will be spending your day working alongside other business analysts, developers, testers and product owners and you will need to be able to communicate complex issues and be good at asking hard questions at the right time.
Although not essential, Payments Systems experience and exposure to JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
