Orbit Finance is a registered financial adviser who specialises in providing advice and transactional solutions for clients in the areas of Home Loan Personal Loan Business Loans Vehicle Finance and Debt Consolidation We are looking for a Client Manager to look after our day to day operations Job Description Managing communication with clients business partners and other stakeholders Supporting the adviser with all mortgage administration tasks Understanding prospective customers and their lending needs Apply lending strategies agreed by the company that will deliver the best outcome to the customer Prepare client applications as per New Zealand Banking guidelines and Responsible Lending Code If you do not have local experience overseas experience in banking or finance sector will be considered Negotiating best possible terms and conditions once approved from banks Assist client with suitable lending products to the customer and support them all the way to the settlement Maintaining long term effective relationship with customers lending institutions Updating maintaining CRM system Manage day to day operations of the company conducting business negotiations and marketing campaigns on behalf of the company and handling loan enquires via online and phone Building strong relationships with our referral partners such as car dealers in order to increase the quality and volume of our business Evaluating credit information and analysing credit applications in an efficient timely manner to determine compliance with our lenders credit policy Determining which lender the clients profiles match and working with the appropriate lender through to settlement Assessing credit worthiness of potential customers based on information from credit applications and credit bureau reports Assisting with validation of credit application information Completing loan documentation and liaising with clients to sign documents and collect necessary information to enable loans to be settled Providing exceptional customer service in order to maintain a high level of integrity Establishing new relationships with sources of new enquiry Endeavouring to exceed company sales target Qualifications and skills you will need Prior consumer lending experience within a brokerage or operations experience and or prior car finance underwriting experience is imperative Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and establish trust Excellent organisational and problem solving skills telephone manner and computer skills Excellent sales skills ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment and overcome resistance Bachelor or Higher qualification in Finance Economics Commerce or similar Current placement in a consumer brokering entity would be a huge advantage allowing you to hit the ground running with this business Any candidate who can provide an existing lead channel can be remunerated accordingly This role is perfect for a team player that loves working in mortgages and can see a future career as an adviser If this interests you Apply Now Job Types Full time Permanent Salary 40 000 00 to 45 000 00 year
