Our Parks & City Services team are seeking a dynamic person who is skilled at providing exceptional administration assistance.
Ideally you are an experienced administrator who has worked in business support, administration or customer services roles.
This is a diverse customer focused and administration role. You will be responsible for :
providing administrative and customer service support to the Parks & City Services team
accurate and efficient bookings and responding to customer enquiries for sport and recreation bookings
the accurately processing and creating of invoices for prompt payment
providing an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external customers that will positively grow our reputation
keeping our documentation accurate and up to date and filed following the correct processes
All about you
You’ll need to show us that you :
have experience working in an administrative or office management role for a small to medium sized organisation
have worked in a customer focused position and put the customer at the heart of all you do
have high attention to detail and excellent general administration skills
are experienced and confident using Microsoft Office and are confident learning new systems and apps
have excellent initiative and are super organised.
