Our Parks & City Services team are seeking a dynamic person who is skilled at providing exceptional administration assistance.

Ideally you are an experienced administrator who has worked in business support, administration or customer services roles.

This is a diverse customer focused and administration role. You will be responsible for :

  • providing administrative and customer service support to the Parks & City Services team
  • accurate and efficient bookings and responding to customer enquiries for sport and recreation bookings
  • the accurately processing and creating of invoices for prompt payment
  • providing an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external customers that will positively grow our reputation
  • keeping our documentation accurate and up to date and filed following the correct processes
  • All about you

    You’ll need to show us that you :

  • have experience working in an administrative or office management role for a small to medium sized organisation
  • have worked in a customer focused position and put the customer at the heart of all you do
  • have high attention to detail and excellent general administration skills
  • are experienced and confident using Microsoft Office and are confident learning new systems and apps
  • have excellent initiative and are super organised.
