The opportunity :
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and various other stakeholders at all levels across the firm, to inform and engage key internal and external audiences.
This role supports a range of internal employee engagement campaigns and change initiatives taking place across the firm.
It’s also responsible for helping our marketing team effectively bring our services, products and thought leadership campaigns to life externally through effective content driven marketing including digital, social and PR channels and events.
Day to day you will :
Implement internal and external communication strategies using a range of tactics and channels to target specific audiences, to create awareness, impact and build trust.
Lead and influence others to execute against agreed communication strategies, objectives and goals.
Create engaging content that resonates with our audiences.
Work proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders by drawing on their areas of expertise to ensure the best possible approach and outcomes are achieved.
Engage with our marketing team to ensure campaign key messages and content across all channels are aligned with business, sector and divisional objectives and plans.
Measure and report on communications activities.
What you'll bring to our team :
Tertiary qualification in Communications and / or Marketing
Significant experience in Communications with recent experience at a more senior level preferred
Excellent written communications skills are absolutely essential
Proven delivery of communications strategy, implementation and delivery (internal and external)
Website, social media, PR and preferably event and webinar experience
Willingness and ability to roll up sleeves when required
Strong stakeholder management / relationship building skills
Pragmatic and practical
Professional Services and / or B2B marketing experience will be an advantage
