Zeno, our new platform, is revolutionising the world of online travel and expense management, providing the control that travel managers need with an easy interface that travellers love.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a Product focus to work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure the growth of our product in existing and new market.

In this role, you will have to understand, break down and build our product capabilities, manage and groom the product backlog.

What will you do on a daily basis?Collaborate with Product Managers to develop product roadmapsCollaborate and support Engineering understanding and socialising principles and roadmaps, and facilitate cross functional communicationCollaborate effectively with Engineering to facilitate team backlog prioritization and ensure alignment on user storiesSupport Product Managers in defining and breaking down customer business statementCollaborate with the Product and Design team to ensure insight learned from product discovery and design are shared with stakeholders and embedded into product lifecycleCollaborate with Engineering to define delivery methodology to meet business needsWork within a cross-functional Product, Engineering and Operations team to solve user-facing problemsCreate product artefactsDocument, analyse and evaluate business requirementsRequirements3+ years’ experience in business analysisA team player, with the ability to communicate, collaborate and empathise with internal teams or clients and remain flexible in achieving the appropriate outcomeAble to translate business and customer needs into product solutionsExperience gathering information and synthesising them into generic product problem statementsAbility to work in an agile manner and adapt to organisation changeStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood facilitation and improvisation skills, with the ability to conduct effective workshops and meetingsBenefitsSerko's people are rewarded for their efforts with a great salary, competitive benefits, awesome offices, exceptional coffee and a great social atmosphere.
