We currently have multiple permanent opportunities for passionate customer specialists. These are full time positions.
This position will be commencing on Monday, 30 September 2019.
As a Customer Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to all customers and merchants by assisting with a range of inbound inquiries, supplying correct information, assessing credit card applications and making timely analytical decisions whilst portraying a professional image as first point of contact.
If you are someone who can easily switch to inbound, chat and email based on demand, then this is the role for you!
