The RoleThe Head of Operations will be responsible for up to 7 Team Leaders and 50 assistance coordinators working from our Greenlane Operations Centre.
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be a key member of the leadership team, your focus will be to lead the people and the process’s that result in a highly effective operations team.
You will ensure the team maximises results whilst still delivering outstanding customer service.RequirementsAbout YouAutomotive and / or Insurance industry experienceStrong People management and leadership experienceCustomer focused and demonstrated success in an operations roleUnderstand Digital technologies and their applications.
