We're looking for a candidate for this position in an exciting company.
This will involve undertaking learning needs analysis, developing, and coordinating solutions (including e-learning) and facilitating workshops that add unique value to the business, are sustainable, and support the long-term strategic goals of the business.
You'll also be the Superuser for Group OD of our Learning Management System, Cornerstone, where you'll lead pieces of work to improve, optimise and develop Cornerstone across the Fletcher Building Group.
You'll partner with the L&OD community and senior leaders to drive a learning culture, and you'll manage our Intranet (SharePoint) portal for Group OD Programmes.
You'll hold a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 5 years' experience in Learning and Development within a med-large business.
You'll have at least 3 years e-Learning design and development experience and a strong track record of designing and delivering L&D solutions that result in enhanced commercial results.
You'll be confident in communicating and building strong relationships with senior Managers and won't be shy when it comes to facilitating workshops and working with systems.
This role will suit someone who can design, but someone who is equally happy to deliver - a real doer!
