Reporting directly to our Retention Manager, you’ll work with highly experienced colleagues.

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Saving and retaining existing life insurance customers
  • Increasing loyalty of Cigna and ANZ customers
  • Proactively identifying the root cause of life insurance customer cancellations
  • Making recommendations for process, product and proposition improvements
  • We’re in changing times and our business is a highly agile one so we need our workforce to be as well. If you have the skills to adapt quickly in these dynamic times, thrive on a fast paced and performance based environment then you could be just the person we’re looking for.

    In turn, we’re looking for someone with :

  • Previous tele-sales experience ideally in the financial services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service and ideally retention experience
  • The ability to build rapport, utilise negotiation and influencing skills in customer interactions in order to retain at risk customers.
