Consultant / Senior Consultant, Private Client Tax, Christchurch EY's Private Client Services (PCS) practice is an integrated and collaborative team of corporate tax professionals advising the best clients in the Christchurch market.
The opportunity We are currently looking to supplement and add to our team with a Senior Consultant to provide tax and accounting related solutions and compliance to high net wealth individuals and large private groups.
In these roles, you will be exposed to a broad range of challenges and experiences and you will advise on a broad range of income tax issues.
Working with a broad range of clients, you will work on corporate income tax matters relevant to small / medium entities as well as foreign inbound groups.

Your key responsibilities Drawing on your skills and experience in tax and accounting, you will provide tax structuring and tax compliance services to high net wealth families, large private groups and small to medium entities.
This will include preparation and review of income tax returns and special purpose financial reports for individuals and their related entities including trusts, companies and partnerships.
Working across multiple projects and clients, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on key tax issues covering income tax and estate planning.
