  • Oversee all hotel operations with a strong focus on the Wine & Dine
  • Department

  • Collaborate on Budget / Business Plans and achieve the desired
  • profitability

  • Recruit and develop a team of highly talented SO Ambassadors
  • Ensure the successful launch of all hotel outlets
  • Successful pre-opening experience is a plus

    In addition to assisting the General Manager with all hotel operations, the EAM will also take a hands-on approach to the Wine & Dine department.

    You will need :
