Then LIC Automation are looking for you to fill the position of our Support Specialist in East Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
In this role you will be responsible for the installation, quality inspections and commissioning of our automation products as well as servicing systems and training our customers.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills :
Previous involvement in computer networking, troubleshooting / fault finding and exceptional time management skills will be required in this mostly autonomous role.
You will also have a strong empathy with farmers and an appreciation of animal behaviour and dairy farming requirements and practices.

This role reports to the North Island Service Lead and is responsible for ensuring that LIC Automation customers and their systems are supported in a professional and timely manner, within the East Waikato and Bay of Plenty region.
It involves ongoing customer support involving electrical and electronics equipment, mechanical engineering, and computer hardware and software.
Reporting and analysis using data is also a requirement of the role.
