This is an excitingopportunity to lead our multidisciplinary team at Wellington Child &Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as we develop our services to bettermeet the needs of young people (infants to 18 years old) and theirwhanau / family.

The team leader worksclosely with the operations manager and clinical leader to deliver high qualityservices to young people and their whanau / family.

The team leader takesan inclusive approach that promotes transparency and shared understanding withyoung people and whanau, within the team and our wider sector including NGOs.

The team leader willbe committed to continuous improvement, relationship development and improvingthe experience of young people and whanau who use our service.

The team leader willhave overall responsibility for the service in ensuring that day to dayclinical, administrative, financial and human resource management of the serviceare carried out efficiently.

We are a passionate team with a commitment to providing excellent services for Pacific children and young people who have moderate to severe mental health concerns.

Our team works across Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti, we are based in Porirua.

  • We are dedicated to improving access and outcomes for Pacific children, young people and their families. We work collaboratively with partner providers and families;
  • to achieve this we operate within the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA).
